Advanced AI

The AI engine of BTDG is what sets it ahead of any other game in the league. Advanced AI is used to not only play in the Mission/Campaign mode, but also in multiplayer mode (PvP, Battleground).

Here are a few areas where this advanced AI is useful:

• As you progress in the game, based on multiple factors, the AI engine dynamically calculates a difficulty hash. e.g. your level, strength of your Hero, accessories used, difficulty at that moment in the system, etc

• The difficulty hash is calculated during the gameplay also, and not just at the start of the game. Thus, if you gain a high-power weapon during the game-play, the difficulty hash is recalibrated.

• Also if you take the same path again, the AI will know and the enemies will have changed in strength and positions, thus behaving differently. No two gameplays will be the same.

• If you are playing the game for the first time, the AI will go easy on you and give you easy targets to kill, giving you confidence. ;-)
