The Game NFTs
NFT Gaming: BornToDieGame is reimagining NFT gaming from the ground up. Built-in the metaverse, BTDG has NFTs baked into every aspect of the game and the gameplay.
AAA NFTs (Genesis)
AAA NFTs are the genesis NFTs of BTDG. They give access to our early backers and community members. Not only will they get access to new launches, assets, game heroes, etc. These NFTs also gives access to more games coming in the future.
A total of 3999 AAA NFTs will be dropped ahead of the release of the game.
Genesis NFTs will be available for staking soon after. Investors in the Genesis NFTs can trade (buy & sell) without staking.
Variable staking rewards are available based on the type of the AAA NFT.
Heroes NFTs
Heroes form the core of every gameplay. That makes these NFTs one of the most sort after NFTs in the BTDG metaverse.
A total of 2220 Hero NFTs are going to be minted. These will be derived from 111 base heroes. As detailed earlier, these Heroes will have different traits like Power, Strength, Health, Skills, etc. Each Hero (with unique traits) will have an average of 20 NFTs (some more, some less).
However, these NFTs are not for sale. These Heroes will only be available as airdrops to those holding & Staking their Genesis NFTs.
Post the airdrop of Heroes NFTs, the Genesis NFTs will be burned, and can not be traded. This is to prevent any unwanted sell/purchase of Genesis NFTs after the airdrop.
Heroes NFTs Derivative
As Heroes form the core of every gameplay, every gamer needs to have a Heroes NFT to play the game. As the game gains popularity, more and more gamers will come to play the game, and hence there would be a need to have more than just 2222 Heroes NFTs.
There are two approaches:
As a Game, we mint more Heroes NFTs. This will be very beneficial to the game and the company, but not so much for the investors.
Derivatives - We choose this approach, where it will be beneficial for the investors as well.
Investors will be able to stake their Heroes NFTs on the platform. Some Heroes NFT owned by the game will also be staked in the platform.
Derivatives with different life (times gamers can play) will be available in the marketplace. e.g. 10, 50, 100, 500, 1000, etc. These will be priced differently, that the gamers can buy using tokens.
Gamers also get a derivative with 1 life, when they rent a Hero to play the game. A portion of the earnings from the game will go towards the investors.
The revenue from these derivatives will be shared with the investors who have staked their Heroes' NFTs.
Access Packs
To play in the Play To Earn mode, gamers have to pay an access fee for every gameplay. However, they can get a discount of up to 30%, if they choose to buy bulk access pass. Once applied to an account, they can not be taken off or applied to any other account.
The access packs are available in form of NFTs.
Access passes are pre-minted and the number of access passes is governed by the DAO. They are sold in the marketplace, and/or airdropped as staking rewards.
Land Parcels
Land Parcels are the business centers of the metaverse. Investors invest in businesses and as the game progresses, they enjoy the revenues and returns from them.
There are 5 different land parcels available.

The number of each business and their details will be disclosed later. More businesses would be introduced in the game after being voted by the DAO. They will be auctioned before the release of the gameplay.
Upgrade NFTs
Upgrades play an important role in the progress of the gameplay. Heroes, Guns & Ammunition, Armors and Protection, Vehicles, and more, all need upgrades to be able to progress further in the gameplay.
These upgrades are available in form of different NFTs. These NFTs are simple component-based NFTs, that can be used on any Heroes, weapons, or others. They are interoperable and can be traded on the game marketplace, and/or external marketplaces.
Upgrade NFTs can only be minted as Proof of Play. There can be gamers who would come mint these NFTs as proof of play, and later sell these in the marketplace. Others can buy these NFTs and progress ahead. This creates value in the BTDG ecosystem as gamers who have used their skill and time, will charge a premium and generate value for themselves.
Thirdly, these NFTs are managed by the game. Both the number of NFTs available to be minted and the types of NFTs are variable and voted by the DAO.

Resources
Resources are an essential part of the BornToDie metaverse. These are needed by the businesses to run their services. The demand for these resources is high due to the nature of the consumption.
Like upgrade NFTs, resources are also available only on Proof of Play. Heroes when they go to battle get to collect these resources. Each gamer at a minimum space to collect 30% resources as part of their rewards. After collecting in the game, they come out and sell these resources in the marketplace. The price for the resources is managed by the ecosystem in a demand-supply equation.

Also like upgrade NFTs, these are managed by the game. The type of resources, and the quality available both are variable and voted by the DAO.

NFTs are key elements of the game. As the game progresses, more and more NFTs and opportunities come by. Governed by the DAO, the game will introduce new NFTs, and quantity to progress the game and metaverse forward.
